About the Role
Be part of something big at D.A. Davidson. We are rolling out Davidson Connect, our new CRM, across Wealth Management, and we’re looking for a Desktop Solutions Group Specialist to help our branches make the move with confidence. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of the transition: preparing data, supporting branches through launch, and training Financial Advisors and associates to get the most out of the new tools. As the rollout wraps up, your role will grow to cover other core Wealth Management applications, giving you broad exposure to how technology powers our business and a clear path to build your skills.
What You Bring:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in client service, application support, training, or financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or other database applications, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle repetitive work accurately and confidentially.
• Patient, service-minded communicator who explains technical steps in plain language.
• Flexible, collaborative team player who adapts well to changing priorities.
What You’ll Do:
• Support the phased rollout of Davidson Connect, including data entry, cleanup, and validation before and after branch conversions.
• Help with user testing and branch launches, guiding users through data, navigation, and workflow questions.
• Build training resources and FAQs, and answer questions from Financial Advisors and branch associates.
• Maintain CRM and Envestnet data, and share user feedback and training needs with the Director of Desktop Solutions.
• Grow your knowledge of other core Wealth Management applications and support team projects, communications, and the training calendar.
• Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
What we offer:
Competitive salary plus excellent benefits and perks including, but not limited to:
• Medical, Dental and Vision
• Company 401(k)and ESOP contribution
• Generous sick, vacation, and maternity/parental leave
• Paid holidays
• Professional Development Opportunities
• Tuition Reimbursement ($15,000 lifetime cap)
• Discounted personal insurance including home, auto and recreational vehicles
• Charitable gift-matching program
• Davidson Day of Giving – Our tradition of positively impacting communities in which we live and work.
The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $32.00 - $37.50. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate. We are flexible with work locations.
D.A. Davidson has been in business for 90 years! As an employee-owned company, our success is driven by our high standards of business ethics, integrity and the belief that our Associates are our most important assets. We hope you will consider joining us!
