Join a fast-paced technology team supporting employees across the U.S. as a Desktop Support I. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for IT professionals who enjoy solving technical issues, providing exceptional customer support, and working with modern desktop technologies.

In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues while partnering with internal IT teams and vendors to deliver timely resolutions. You'll support end users through phone and remote support, document technical solutions, and contribute to special IT projects that help keep the business running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Provide remote desktop support for end users via phone and remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
• Participate in IT initiatives and special projects as needed.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in desktop support, help desk, or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
• Knowledge of PC/LAN technologies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
