What You'll Do Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of developers and ML engineers. Translate moonshot ideas into deliverables that ship on time. Own the development roadmap and make sure everyone knows where we're going and why . Interface with stakeholders (technical and not-so-technical) without losing your mind. Keep quality high and blockers low. Jump into code reviews, sprint planning, and the occasional architecture decision. Balance speed with sanity. Who You Are You've led Dev teams before successfully. Comfortable in AI/ML or technical environments (you dont need to be an ML researcher, but you get it). Obsessed with clarity, priorities, and unblocking people. Enough technical fluency to earn respect and ask the right questions. You can say no without sounding like a jerk and yes without overcommitting.
