Developer for Software Lifecycle Management Tooling – Go & Kubernetes

We are the Software Logistics team, part of Cloud Lifecycle Engineering (CLE), where we build and maintain the automation that handles provisioning, updates, and lifecycle operations for SAP software — across cloud and on-premise environments. As a development member of the team you will take part in the development of automation and tooling for SAP software lifecycle management.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Go-based services and Kubernetes operators
• Extend operator-based automation for lifecycle management workflows
• Author and maintain Helm charts for software packaging and distribution
• Collaborate with team members across the organization
• Work in an agile team applying Scrum and DevOps practices
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate and improve your work

What you bring:

• Knowledge in Go (Golang) or other programming language
• Understanding of Kubernetes — workloads, CRDs, and custom resources
• Experience with Helm chart authoring and Kubernetes operator development
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot as part of the daily workflow
• Solid knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
• Self-driven, solid team player, passionate about technology
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Fluent in English
