The Role: Developer Low Code - PEGA / SAP / Outsystems

📍 Location: Lisbon

🏢🏠 Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services

🗣️ Languages: English (B1) & French (B1)

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

🧑 Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• PEGA / SAP / Outsystems, PEGA 24.1.2, PEGA 8+, Pega System Architect (SA);
• Java ≥ 8, SOAP Web Services, REST API, Kafka, JSON, AVRO, XLM;
• UI/UX: UI Kit, Theme Cosmos, Agile;
• Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Migration Strategy, Branching Strategy, Version Control;
• Debugging, Incident Analysis, L2/L3 Support, Performance Monitoring, Project Management.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of savings, borrower insurance and protection insurance;
• Proactivity, reporting, alert/visibility/communication, oral and written communication;
• Ability to manage a Development team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document user stories and technical/functional specifications, define acceptance criteria;
• Define migration and branching strategies, version control and project activities;
• Debug and analyse incidents, provide L2/L3 support and monitor performance.
