We are seeking experienced and driven Microsoft 365 Developers to join our agile development team. As part of our digital transformation initiatives, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Microsoft 365-based business applications and workflows using cutting-edge technologies such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to scalable enterprise solutions and shape cloud-based architecture in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud-based application architectures based on Microsoft 365. Build and optimize Dev-Test-Int-Prod deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps. Develop enterprise applications using PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps). Create user-centric interfaces and layouts for Canvas Apps in line with UX best practices. Design and develop Power Automate workflows to serve as business logic layers and enable cross-app integrations. Model and manage data using the Common Data Service (Dataverse), ensuring efficient data structure and governance. Apply best practices in relational data modeling, data representation, and management. 3-5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 Cloud Architecture and application development. Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative approach. Preferred Additional Skills: Integration of Office 365 components, particularly SharePoint Online and PowerApps. GUI customization and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Setup and configuration of Power Portals. Working Style & Methodology: Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). Team-oriented mindset with proven experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
