Develop and enhance Java-based applications and components Design and implement new features Optimize and refactor existing solutions Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of issues Develop and maintain integrations Identify and implement automation opportunities Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Create and maintain technical documentation Collaborate with developers, architects, and international professional teams Occasionally investigate more complex application support issues We Are Looking for You If You Think primarily as a software developer Enjoy understanding and working with complex systems Not only fix problems but also create sustainable, long-term technical solutions Can independently plan and implement development tasks Would like to work with Java and IAM/IGA technologies Value clean code, professional growth, and long-term collaboration Requirements Several years of practical experience as a Java developer Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills Ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner Good analytical and problem-solving skills At least business-level English or German language proficiency Openness to working in an international team environment Strong commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code Preferred Qualifications German language skills Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM) Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ Familiarity with the SCIM protocol Experience with Active Directory and LDAP PowerShell knowledge Experience developing APIs and system integrations Understanding of access management and identity management processes Experience working in a large enterprise or international IT environment *Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation. * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
