For a long-term project in the financial services sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Angular Developer with Camunda know-how.

You will join an established international delivery team working on the development and enhancement of digital business applications within a complex enterprise environment.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: until the end of 2026, with possible extension
• Allocation: 100%
• Location: full remote
• Occasional onsite meetings in Budapest may be required
• Services must be delivered from within the European Economic Area
• Cooperation: freelance / B2B
• Rate: €280–320 per MD
• Language: English required
• German is an advantage, but not required

What you will do

• Develop and enhance modern web applications using Angular
• Independently implement new features and technical improvements
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Work with Camunda-based workflows and business processes
• Analyse end-to-end processes, interfaces and system integrations
• Cooperate with Java and microservices development teams
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Work within an international and distributed agile team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and delivery processes

Required experience

• Several years of professional experience with Angular
• Strong knowledge of modern Angular development
• Experience with REST API integration
• Experience working in complex enterprise system environments
• Practical experience with Camunda or another workflow engine
• Full-stack understanding, ideally including Java and microservices
• Ability to independently deliver production-ready features
• Experience with test automation
• Senior-level technical and delivery experience

Nice to have

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, OpenShift or similar CI/CD technologies
• Previous experience in financial services or another regulated environment
• Experience working with Scrum, LeSS or similar agile methodologies
