The Development & Fundraising Officer, reporting to the Development Manager, supports fundraising, donor relations, and campaign coordination to expand Enrich's educational programs and advance its mission. The primary objective is to help secure funding and build donor partnerships. The Development & Fundraising Officer will help research and write grants, coordinate impact monitoring and reporting, support campaigns and events, and track grant finances.

- Objective: Support fundraising, donor relations, and campaign coordination to expand Enrich's mission.
Core ResponsibilitiesGrant Research & Writing Support- Research Opportunities: Assist in identifying and researching funding opportunities with foundations and corporate partners aligned with Enrich's mission.
- Draft Applications: Help draft application materials, proposals, and project outcome summaries under the guidance of the Development Manager.
- Handle Administration: Support vital development administration, including preparing donor acknowledgement letters and donation receipts.
- Gather Feedback: Collaborate with the programmes team to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, photos, evidence, and powerful impact stories from programme participants.
- Draft Reports: Assist in drafting accurate, compelling progress reports for funders that clearly demonstrate project outcomes and social return.
- Support Communications: Support communication efforts for the Individual Giving programme, including writing thank-you acknowledgements and drafting engaging updates for donors.
- Coordinate Events: Help coordinate fundraising events, corporate employee engagement activities, and Enrich's participation in external functions.
- Manage CRM Data: Manage corporate volunteer sign-ups and maintain clean, up-to-date records in our CRM database to support seamless relationship management.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure restricted funds are spent according to grant requirements.
- Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Professional or practical experience in sales, marketing, communications, or fundraising preferred.
- Passion & Values: Anchored in personal integrity and a strong sense of empathy, championing the financial empowerment and rights of migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong.
- Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
- Technical & Digital Literacy: Competent IT skills, including MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with AI tools, with basic graphic design capabilities (e.g., Canva or Adobe) and/or website content management experience as distinct advantages.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn; combines the ability to drive results independently during remote workdays with active, enthusiastic participation in collaborative team settings.
