Role Summary

Our happiest customers are our best marketers. As Bowtie grows through its customers, our next step is turning existing customers into active brand ambassadors, and that takes real, in-person community.

That's where you come in. You'll own Bow Coffee, our café and physical home, and turn it into a service centre and community hub for Bowtie customers. You'll run events that bring people together, find the customer and claim stories that prove what we stand for, and turn those real-world moments into content that reaches far beyond the café.

If you love coffee culture, community and brand-building, and want to own a real space end to end, this role is built for you.

About the Role

You'll be the DRI (directly responsible individual) for Bow Coffee, covering both operations and marketing. You'll also be the Brand Lead's execution partner on brand campaigns and ad hoc initiatives, connecting our physical spaces (Bow Coffee and Bowtie Tower) with our wider brand vision.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Bow Coffee as a Community & Ambassador Hub
  • Reposition Bow Coffee from a café into a service centre and community hub for existing Bowtie customers.

  • Run at least 1 customer community event per month and achieve an NPS above 50 within your first 3 months.

  • Design events with content in mind, so physical engagement becomes digital content for a wider online audience.

2. Customer Testimonial & Claim Story Pipeline
  • Build an internal workflow to source at least 3 compelling customer testimonials or claim stories per month within your first 3 months.

  • Package stories for use across owned, paid and earned media.

  • Automate and scale the collection of Google reviews.

3. Bow Coffee Marketing and Operations Support
  • Improve day-to-day café operations with our Bow Coffee team.

  • Plan and run local marketing (seasonal promotions, co-branded partnerships and local collateral) to drive foot traffic, raise average order value and connect café visitors to the Bowtie brand.

  • Drive face-to-face product enquiries from our physical touchpoints.

4. Brand Experience Across Physical Touchpoints
  • Maintain brand quality across Bow Coffee and Bowtie Tower as showcases of the Bowtie service pillar.

5. Cross-Functional & Ad Hoc Brand Execution
  • Coordinate integrated brand campaigns and ad hoc initiatives with the Brand Squad Lead across KOL, YouTube, PR and social media, and deliver on time.

About you

Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, community management, experiential marketing, or hospitality/F&B marketing.

  • A proven record of running in-person community programmes that deepen customer relationships and turn customers into advocates.

  • Skilled at finding customer stories and turning real experiences into high-impact digital content.

  • Experience managing the operations and marketing of a physical space (café, retail, showroom or venue) is a strong plus.

  • Strong project management skills: you can keep multiple cross-functional initiatives on track.

  • Commercial acumen: you understand how a physical brand space drives business results.

  • Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English.

The Person
  • Proactive and passionate owner: you have a real love for coffee culture, community and modern lifestyle branding, and you pitch bold collaborations and unconventional ideas.

  • Strategic connector: you naturally link on-the-ground realities with the bigger brand story, and move easily between the café floor, the brand team and the wider marketing department.

  • Accountable and adaptable: you take real ownership, juggle multiple priorities well and do well in a fast-paced, resource-conscious startup.
