Infor is seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in cloud development, automation, and AWS technologies. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and operational excellence, helping to build and maintain next-generation CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment automation.

The successful candidate will work closely with product, development, operations, support, and customer success teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available multi-tenant SaaS applications. This is a fast-paced environment where continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation are highly valued.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
  • Automate software build, test, deployment, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and reliability using observability tools.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response and on-call support.
  • Improve application scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Standardize DevOps processes and promote automation best practices.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and operational standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience developing and supporting applications in AWS.
  • Experience building, testing, deploying, and operating distributed applications in a public cloud environment.
  • Strong software engineering, automation, scripting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
  • Understanding of cloud-native security best practices.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting or leading cloud operations and SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of microservices architectures, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.).
  • Experience working within compliance-driven environments (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
