As a DevOps Engineer on the Infor GenAI team, you will build and manage multi-tenant cloud infrastructure, scale automated CI/CD pipelines, and support the transition of services to Docker Microservices Architectures on Amazon EKS. You will collaborate with software engineering, architecture, quality assurance, and security teams to create resilient platforms and streamline code delivery from commit to production. This role is based in Atlanta and includes in-person collaboration with the local engineering team.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
· Design, provision, and maintain secure, scalable multi-tenant infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and internal platform tooling.
· Package services in Docker containers and deploy and manage workloads on Amazon EKS using Helm charts and Kubernetes ingress and gateway controllers.
· Build and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and Jenkins, including automated testing, security scans, license compliance checks, and multi-environment deployments.
· Coordinate sprint releases, zero-downtime deployment strategies, environment provisioning, and automated rollback processes with Infor release orchestration tools.
· Implement dashboards, distributed tracing, and telemetry with Sumo Logic, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch; participate in on-call support, incident analysis, and runbook automation.
· Apply enterprise governance requirements, including IGS, FedRAMP, and ISO controls, through least-privilege IAM policies, secrets management, and automated vulnerability patching.
Partner with software engineering, architecture, quality assurance, and security teams to improve platform resilience, delivery workflows, and continuous modernization.
Basic Qualifications:
· Experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or cloud infrastructure engineering supporting multi-tenant enterprise SaaS environments.
· Experience with AWS services, including EKS, ECS Fargate, Lambda, S3, Route 53, CloudFront, AWS WAF, IAM, and VPC networking.
· Experience using Terraform modules, state management, and provider configuration to manage infrastructure as code.
· Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes on Amazon EKS, including cluster operations, Helm charts, and pod security standards.
· Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
· Experience using Python and Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks and Lambda microservices.
· Experience configuring log aggregation, monitoring dashboards, and telemetry with Sumo Logic, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience migrating legacy monolithic or virtual-application workloads to containerized architectures.
· Familiarity with Kubernetes compute-scaling tools such as Karpenter and multi-architecture deployments using ARM or Graviton.
· Experience working in regulated cloud environments governed by FedRAMP, GovCloud, or ISO 27001 requirements.
· AWS certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
