DevOps Engineer Seeking a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer for high-scale real-time systems Aplicar At Q-Tech , we are looking for a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer to join an innovative tech company that is building cutting-edge solutions for a high-demand industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-scale environments and is eager to take full ownership of infrastructure design and automation What You’ll Do: Design, build, and maintain a scalable, high-performance infrastructure that processes millions of data points in real-time Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and optimize system reliability Automate cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerized environments Work closely with software and data engineering teams to enhance performance and scalability Ensure high availability and security , implementing best practices for monitoring, logging, and incident response Have full autonomy to propose and execute solutions, with no unnecessary bureaucracy slowing you down Tech Stack: Cloud : AWS & Azure Infrastructure as Code : Terraform CI/CD : Jenkins, GitLab CI Containers & Orchestration : Kubernetes, Docker Scripting & Automation : Python, Bash Big Data & Event-Driven Architectures (highly valued): Apache Iceberg, Hadoop Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering Proven experience building and managing high-performance, real-time architectures Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and automation pipelines Previous experience in high-scale environments where reliability and performance are key Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive technical solutions without micromanagement Previous exposure to Big Data pipelines is a big plus What’s in It for You?
