DevOps Infrastructure as Code Engineer
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Toluca, Mexico
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week
Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
- Experience developing reusable infrastructure modules, pipeline templates, and deployment scripts.
- Strong knowledge of Git, automated testing, deployment strategies, releases, and rollback mechanisms.
- Experience with containerization, cloud-native environments, and configuration management.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, security scanning, secrets management, least privilege, and compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Preferred Skills
- Terraform – hands-on experience preferred.
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Observability, compliance automation, and Policy as Code.
- Spanish and English are an advantage.
Mandatory
- Must be located in Toluca, Mexico.
- Must be comfortable working hybrid, 3 days onsite per week.
- Remote-only candidates will not be considered.
