Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Infrastructure as Code Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience developing reusable and maintainable infrastructure modules and pipeline components
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, automated testing, releases, deployment strategies, and rollback mechanisms
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native architecture
• Understanding of DevSecOps, security scanning, least privilege, secrets management, and policy compliance
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code
• Develop reusable pipeline templates, infrastructure modules, deployment scripts, and environment configurations
• Manage configurations across development, testing, staging, and production environments
• Implement automated quality gates, security checks, approval controls, and deployment validations
• Support containerized workloads and cloud-native runtime environments
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, infrastructure defects, network problems, and environment inconsistencies
• Embed security controls into CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code workflows
• Support access controls, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, patching, and compliance requirements
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational-readiness practices
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, configuration standards, and recovery procedures
• Promote automation, self-service capabilities, reliability, and continuous improvement
