DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Required skills:

• Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes (OpenShift strongly preferred)
• Experience with Git workflows (branching, PRs)
• Experience with Argo CD and GitOps principles
• Strong Helm skills: writing charts, templating and knowledge of any cloud
• Good understanding of Linux, networking (DNS, load balancing, TLS) and containers
• Experience with observability tools (Instana, IBM Cloud Monitoring/Logs) is a plus.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, IBM Secrets Manager, AWS Secrets Manager)
• Experience with service mesh, disaster recovery design, or multi-cluster management
• Exposure to IBM Cloud toolchains / Tekton is a big plus.

Hybrid work with 3 days in the office in either Bucharest/Timisoara/Cluj/Brasov
