DevOps Engineer

We are working on a long-term project for a big SEO company, which has built a custom platform to manage all their business processes. The product is heavily used on a daily basis and they plan to expand it with many new features in the next few years. In order to support our efforts, we are looking for a telented DevOps Engineer to join our team. Take full ownership of all system administration activities for the client's AWS cloud infrastructure Be solely responsible for all system administration and DevOps initiatives related to this client Ensure uninterrupted operation of the client's platform and minimize any business losses due to downtime or other issues Design, implement, maintain and improve CI/CD/CD pipeline from development up to production Design, set-up and maintain monitoring solutions for existing and new applications Monitor and support Linux servers and relevant application processes Proactively and continuously improve the service through: scripting and automations, monitoring metrics improvement, environment and configuration adjustments Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for service Incidents Detect security vulnerabilities in the client's environments and take actions to remediate and/or mitigate risks Work closely with the software development team in Pazardzhik Demonstrated, fluent knowledge and understanding of AWS and Docker 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Docker 2+ years of hands-on experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux based environments Solid knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python/Bash) will be considered as a serious advantage Experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting webservers (Apache, Nginx) Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting databases (MySQL, Redis) Any AWS certifications will be considered as a strong advantage Fluency in English is a must Be a nice person and have a team-oriented mindset Competitive salary Opportunity for rapid personal and career development Paid certifications and courses Superstar team and fun colleagues Hybrid working (up to 25% home office / work from anywhere after the onboarding period) Exciting team events Modern office in the center of Pazardzhik with breathtaking views Successful IT career in your home town You can apply directly with a CV in English and do not forget to add any certifications or other materials which can help us better evaluate your skills.
