DevOps Engineer (BP, Hybrid)

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help enhance their delivery capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support the reliability of business-critical systems. Your Impact:

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for business-critical applications
  
• Automate and support deployments across development, QA, staging and production environments
  
• Manage release processes, deployment validation and rollback readiness
  
• Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting and overall system observability
  
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, environment and production issues (L2/L3 support)
  
• Develop automation tools and scripts to reduce manual operational effort
  
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Security and Data teams
  

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or a similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar tools

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python or other scripting languages

• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions

• Strong understanding of release management, production support and troubleshooting

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Azure Cloud, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible) and modern platform tooling

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and container-based deployment models

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, security automation and enterprise-scale environments
