You'll apply strong DevOps practices to build, maintain, automate, and scale the platforms powering our high-quality technical documentation, blogs, tutorials, and discovery experiences — ensuring reliable performance, seamless content delivery, and smooth integration with cloud-native tools. This high-visibility role in our fast-growing team requires hands-on expertise in infrastructure automation, technical writing, and a deep DevOps mindset to empower developers and drive the evolution of Vultr's developer ecosystem. What to expect: Build and deploy new DevOps tooling and platforms using infrastructure-as-code and container orchestration to power Vultr Docs, Blogs, Discover, and developer portals Own full lifecycle of DevRel infrastructure: containerization, Kubernetes deployments, GitOps workflows, and high-availability setups on Vultr cloud Harden, scale, and automate existing documentation/content platform Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, linting, and validation for docs and code samples Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging for developer-facing systems Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new cloud features into automation examples and tools Work in a high-impact, fast-paced environment directly supporting thousands of developers Our new team member will need: Required 3-5 Years of experience with DevOps Strong production DevOps experience with infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and orchestration Hands-on skills building/scaling services in containerized environments (Go/Python/Node.js) Expertise managing Kubernetes clusters and GitOps workflows Deep knowledge of immutable infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and observability Experience automating documentation pipelines and code-sample validation at scale Ability to document complex infrastructure setups clearly Self-driven ownership from design through deployment and on-call Passion for reliable infrastructure that empowers the developer community Inclusion & Privacy We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
