In unserem agilen DevOps-Team betreibst und entwickelst du für unsere B2B-Kundschaft eine moderne OpenShift-Plattform sowie darauf laufende resiliente Services. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Aufbau, den Lifecycle und den zuverlässigen Betrieb dieser Plattform und ihrer Services. Dabei setzt du auf Automatisierung, GitOps und Tools aus der CNCF-Landschaft. Mit deiner Leidenschaft für Container-Technologien und deiner Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden bringst du Swisscom und unsere B2B-Services auf das nächste Level.

• Aufbau, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Kubernetes-Plattform und der darauf angebotenen Managed Services
• Sicherstellung von Hochverfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Ausfallsicherheit durch robuste Architektur und Automatisierung
• Nutzung der Swisscom Private Cloud zur Bereitstellung der Plattform und Services
• Verwendung und Verwaltung von Operator sowie CNCF-Tools für Logging, Monitoring, Backup, RBAC, Security und andere Infrastrukturkomponenten

Deine Skills

• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung produktiver Red Hat OpenShift-Plattformen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes sowie im Lifecycle-Management von OpenShift, insbesondere bei Updates, Upgrades und der Fehleranalyse
• Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Erfahrung mit GitOps und der Automatisierung von Plattformkonfigurationen und Betriebsabläufen, beispielsweise mit Argo CD und Tekton
• Erfahrung mit Monitoring und Logging containerbasierter Plattformen, beispielsweise mit Prometheus, Grafana und Loki
• Eine Zertifizierung als Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator ist von Vorteil
• Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Service Mesh, GitLab oder Kafka sind von Vorteil
• Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und ein gutes Verständnis agiler und leaner Arbeitsweisen
• Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Pikett-Dienst. Dein Wohnsitz ist in der Schweiz
