Wir begleiten die Armee auf ihrer Digitalisierungsreise – mit dem Ziel, die Verteidigungsfähigkeit der Schweiz zu stärken und die Chancen des technologischen Fortschritts gezielt zu nutzen. Die neue Digitalisierungsplattform bildet dabei die Grundlage für eine unabhängige und krisenresistente ICT-Infrastruktur. Als DevOps Engineer Virtualisierung betreibst, automatisierst und entwickelst du eine hochsichere Private Cloud für die Digitale Plattform der Armee weiter. Gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team sorgst du für einen stabilen, hochverfügbaren Betrieb und setzt moderne Technologien sowie DevSecOps-Prinzipien ein. So leistest du einen direkten Beitrag zur digitalen Transformation der Armee und zur Sicherheit der Schweiz.

• Betrieb und Automatisierung einer hochsicheren Private Cloud im Umfeld der Digitalen Plattform der Armee
• Verantwortung für Betrieb, Monitoring, Incidents, Changes und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Plattform
• Mitgestaltung einer hochverfügbaren und resilienten Infrastruktur nach DevSecOps-Prinzipien
• Einsatz modernster Technologien in einem sicherheitskritischen und innovativen Umfeld
• Zusammenarbeit in agilen Teams und direkter Beitrag zur digitalen Transformation der Schweizer Armee

Deine Skills

• Abschluss (Uni/ETH/FH) in Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Administration von Cloud Native Applications (Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift)
• Sicher im Umgang mit Standards wie VMWare (vSphere), Git, RPM, Postfix etc. 
• Kenntnisse in Scripting und Automatisierung (z. B. PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python, NETCONF/YANG)
• Expertise mit modernen DevOps-Praktiken, CI/CD-Tools sowie agilen Arbeitsweisen und Methoden (SAFe, Scrum)
• Bereitschaft zu Pikettdiensten und zur Bearbeitung von Incidents und Changes
• Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
• Einwandfreier Leumund zur Personensicherheitsprüfung SEPOS
