DevOps Engineer with IRS MBI Clearance

Job Description This is a remote position. Job Title : DevOps Engineer with IRS Experience & MBI Clearance Location : Remote Duration : Full-Time Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Requirements : Minimum of 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, specializing in system integration and deployment automation. Strong knowledge of IRS systems, protocols, and security requirements. Active Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance or higher. Expertise in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform. In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet). Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently. Effective communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
