DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 6-8 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join a team responsible for a large-scale CI/CD platform supporting approximately 4,000 IT engineers.

You’ll be part of the SOLO (Software Logistics) DevOps team, working on CI/CD tooling, cloud infrastructure, automation, self-service onboarding, and infrastructure standardization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Ansible.
• Provide L2 support for critical business applications.
• Troubleshoot Linux, cloud, Kubernetes, networking, and application issues.
• Install and maintain COTS applications in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure standardization and continuous improvement.
• Support developers and DevOps teams in effectively using the CI/CD platform.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps Engineer experience
• Strong Azure infrastructure knowledge
• Strong Kubernetes/K8s experience
• Expertise in Go/Golang
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience
• Infrastructure-as-Code / Ansible experience
• L2 production support experience
• Strong automation and SecDevOps mindset
