We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to build, automate, and maintain security, monitoring, and infrastructure across our cloud and CI/CD environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive and implement security improvements and automation with traditional DevOps tasks.
- Utilize AI to streamline and automate tasks previously done by DevSecOps team members.
- Implement AI agents to review changes in the logging and monitoring stack and implement new monitoring controls.
- Work with compliance and security teams to identify security and privacy control gaps and implement automated controls.
- Implement fully automated deployments such that deployments take minutes.
- Support and streamline the monitoring stack: Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, Kibana, FluentD, ElastAlert.
- Implement security and monitoring automation in CI/CD using Ansible, Terraform and security-as-code practices.
- Work with AWS, Alibaba Cloud, IAM, GuardDuty, AWS Config, Wazuh, ModSecurity/WAF, and API Security.
- Manage HashiCorp Vault — ACLs, secrets engines, AppRole, and integrations with Nomad and Jenkins.
- Perform security assessments of Jenkins, Artifactory, Container Registries, Nomad, and other internal systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation, handling monitoring and security alerts.
- Use modern AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Amazon Q for security analysis, automation, IaC, and development.
What We Expect
- 2+ years of experience with Zabbix and/or Prometheus.
- 2+ years with ELK, Grafana, and Kibana.
- 3+ years of Linux administration.
- Basic Python / Bash scripting skills.
- Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
- Experience with AWS and/or Alibaba Cloud.
- Understanding of CI/CD, IAM, cloud and application security.
- Experience with Vault, containers or security automation is a plus.
- Experience working in distributed teams.
- English B1+ or higher.
