This position ensures investigative resources are effectively utilized to support customer priorities while maintaining quality, timeliness, and production objectives. The Workload Leader serves as a critical partner to Program Management, Field Leadership, and investigative personnel to optimize workforce utilization and support contract performance requirements. Security Clearance: Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT DHS experience highly desired Flexible work location, Remote-friendly Key Responsibilities Assign investigative work based on geographic coverage, availability, case priority, workload capacity, and customer requirements. Balance investigator workloads to support production, quality, and timeliness objectives. Monitor workload distribution and adjust assignments as operational needs change. Identify potential timeliness concerns and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and submit extension requests and waivers when appropriate. Coordinate closely with Field Leadership regarding investigator capacity and performance. Develop assignment strategies aligned with contract requirements and customer priorities. Triage incoming work and ensure timely assignment and processing. Analyze workload trends and forecasting data to support staffing and resource planning.
