  • Prepare and maintain required program records, reports, and in-kind contribution documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner agencies, providing day-to-day support regarding ordering, participant management, program procedures, and data system navigation.
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate referrals received through phone, email, and program referral channels.
  • Support CAPSC's direct client distributions by preparing participant communications, schedules, resource materials, and distribution documentation.
  • Recruit, coordinate, and support volunteers assisting with storage, donation drives, and distribution activities.
  • Assist with donation management and maintaining orderly storage areas.
  • Support continuous improvement of program operations and administrative processes.

  • Experience working with community partners, volunteers, or nonprofit programs preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment

This hybrid position includes a combination of remote work, onsite work at CAPSC's Dover and Rochester locations, and frequent travel throughout New Hampshire. Work settings include office, warehouse, and community locations.

If you are highly organized, enjoy coordinating logistics, and want to support families across New Hampshire, we encourage you to apply.
