Digital Account Executive

Role Description

his full-time Digital Account Executive role at REKAMETRI is a hybrid position based in Kelapa Gading, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The Digital Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, understanding their business goals, and proposing appropriate digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, leading client meetings, coordinating campaign plans, and ensuring timely execution with internal teams. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This position also requires close collaboration with marketing, creative, and operations teams to maintain high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including Communication and Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales ability, including experience in Sales Presentations and negotiation to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and tools, with the ability to translate client objectives into effective online strategies.
• Relevant experience in digital agencies, media, or technology-driven environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting (office-based in Kelapa Gading and remote), managing time and priorities independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with common productivity and presentation software (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, CRM tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
