Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive located in Indonesia. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing sales processes. Key day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, understanding customer needs, and ensuring service objectives are met. The role offers a combination of in-office and remote work flexibility while collaborating with teams and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation
• Knowledge of networking services and products such as fiber optic connectivity and telecommunications technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address client requirements effectively
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, contracts, and client presentations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Indonesian with intermediate to advanced English language skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred
• Prior experience in telecommunications, IT infrastructure, or related industries is an advantage
