About EOLIS

EOLIS connects specialists in Marketing, Digital, Design and Communication with leading organisations in Belgium. Our consultants and freelancers strengthen our clients' teams with the expertise and flexibility they need for temporary projects, transformation programmes and long-term assignments.

We work across a wide range of sectors and environments, from structured corporate teams to fast-growing companies. By building strong relationships with both our clients and experts, we aim to create assignments that match your experience, ambitions and preferred way of working.

About the assignment

EOLIS is looking for a Digital Adoption Manager to join a large organisation in the mobility sector in the Brussels region. You will be part of an operational excellence team that supports a network of independent dealers with digital tools and processes. Your goal is to make sure new tools and ways of working are understood, implemented and actually used in the field, not just announced. You will build on an adoption approach set up earlier and work closely with the account managers who support the dealers, with internal product and process teams, and with representatives of the dealer network.

Your responsibilities

Preparing the network for change

  • Build a practical adoption plan for each relevant digital initiative before go-live, covering audiences, communication, enablement, KPIs and follow-up.
  • Engage early with product, process and project teams so you know which changes are coming and when.
  • Work with the internal communication team to send clear and consistent messages to the network at the right moment.
  • Challenge solutions, communication and training on their readiness for the field, as the voice of the dealers.

Enabling field teams and the dealer community

  • Organise train-the-trainer sessions so the dealer account managers fully master new tools before deployment.
  • Translate central project information into ready-to-use field material such as presentations, training packages, FAQs, guides and talking points.
  • Set up and lead a recurring adoption forum with dealer representatives and power users to prepare launches and share best practices.
  • Collect field feedback and make sure gaps and improvement opportunities reach the right internal owners.

Monitoring and improving adoption

  • Track implementation and usage across the network and flag where extra support or corrective action is needed.
  • Maintain adoption KPIs, implementation trackers and clear reporting.
  • Turn feedback, knowledge gaps and issues into concrete improvement actions with clear ownership.

Your profile

  • Relevant experience in change management, digital adoption, digital transformation or network enablement.
  • Strong roll-out skills: you design the approach and drive it operationally.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, training sessions and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Able to turn complex product or project information into simple, actionable material for field teams.
  • Proactive and curious, with the confidence to constructively challenge product and project teams.
  • Strong stakeholder manager and communicator, at ease with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working with adoption metrics and turning data and feedback into actions.
  • Experience with a structured change methodology such as ADKAR, or with a dealer, retail or franchise network, is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, and in English.

What we offer

Joining EOLIS means becoming part of a specialised network of professionals and gaining access to challenging assignments with leading organisations in Belgium.

  • Assignments aligned with your expertise, seniority, availability and ambitions.
  • Variety across industries, company cultures and types of projects.
  • The opportunity to work as an EOLIS employee or independent freelancer, depending on the assignment.
  • Personal guidance before, during and after each assignment.
  • Transparent communication about the client, expectations, duration and working conditions.
  • A long-term partnership focused on continuity, professional growth and the right next project.
