Job Description: In this role you will be supporting the engineering function in the SSNA programme. You'll play a key role in leading a team and providing application support within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, tackling new challenges and making an impact every day. Core duties: Provide line management to the Service Team, including performance management , coaching, and development Partner with project and admin teams to ensure new applications, upgrades, and services are effectively transitioned into live support Lead the resolution and management of complex application incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team Lead service acceptance activities, ensuring operational readiness, risk management , and alignment to ITIL processes Essential Skills: An understanding of Engineering applications such as Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens NX, Capital or equivalent PLM, CAD and Engineering Design tools Proven ability to lead , develop and coach multidisciplined technical teams, ensuring capability, performance and continuous professional development. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), with responsibility for Incident, Problem, and Change Management driving service stability and continual improvement. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with engineering stakeholders, suppliers and project teams, translating business requirements into service outcomes.
