About the Role

The Digital Asset Market Strategist will focus on cryptocurrency market research, digital asset investment analysis, and the development of data-driven financial market strategies. The role combines market intelligence, quantitative research, trading strategy evaluation, and portfolio analysis to identify emerging opportunities and assess risks across global digital asset markets. Working with research, consulting, and strategy professionals, the strategist will analyze cryptocurrency trends, evaluate market conditions, and translate complex financial information into actionable strategic insights. This position is designed to contribute digital asset expertise, analytical research, and market-focused perspectives within a consulting environment.

What You'll Do

• Research cryptocurrency markets, digital asset investment trends, and emerging opportunities across global blockchain ecosystems

• Develop and evaluate digital asset market strategies using technical analysis, fundamental research, and quantitative indicators

• Analyze Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, stablecoins, and tokenized assets to assess market positioning and investment potential

• Monitor market volatility, trading volumes, liquidity conditions, and macroeconomic developments influencing cryptocurrency valuations

• Evaluate portfolio allocation strategies, trading methodologies, risk-adjusted returns, and digital asset diversification opportunities

• Prepare market intelligence reports, investment research presentations, analytical dashboards, and strategic recommendations

• Collaborate with consulting and research professionals to develop market insights, improve analytical frameworks, and evaluate emerging digital asset opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency markets, investment research, trading strategy, portfolio analysis, or financial market analysis

• Strong understanding of digital asset markets, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trading fundamentals, and investment strategies

• Experience with technical analysis, financial modeling, market research, portfolio allocation, and investment risk assessment

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, decentralized finance, tokenomics, on-chain analytics, and digital asset research platforms

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, TradingView, or similar tools; Python or SQL experience is an advantage

• Excellent research, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline preferred; practical cryptocurrency trading or personal digital asset investment experience is an advantage

Compensation

EUR 85,000–135,000 per year in proposed gross base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
