About the Company

New Digital Bank backed by Leading Fintech, with 10 Million users. Due to rapid business growth, they’re preparing for a 0-to-1 Total App Renewal in order to appeal to a wider range of users and revolutionize how the digital finance domain works in Japan.

Design is an important aspect of their growth plan, and you would join a Design Team of 20+ designers who work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure the focus on user experience end-to-end.

As Product Designer what would you be doing?

• Comprehensive UX/UI Design: End-to-end design for Digital Bank consumer app, Web services, LINE mini-apps, and Corporate apps/web services.
• Concept Development: Create design concepts using frameworks such as user personas and customer journey maps.
• Design Execution: Produce UX flows and UI designs based on established concepts.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using surveys and interviews.
• Optimization: Propose improvements based on data from numerical analysis tools.
• Design Systems: Manage and maintain the design system.

What kind of experience are we looking for?

• 3+ Years Professional Experience in UX/UI design for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and mobile web, plus a portfolio that can showcase your work.
• Experience end-to-end from user experience requirements definition through prototyping to final visual design.
• Business-level communication skills in Japanese.
