We are looking for a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic team in a fully remote role. You will analyze and optimize their digital processes and strategies to enhance our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
- Analyze existing digital processes for improvement opportunities.
- Document business needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop detailed project documentation and work with IT to translate needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze data for business insights.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment.
- Experience working on customer facing applications (Web / Mobile)
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication.
