Overview
Do you enjoy bringing campaigns to life and creating digital experiences that make a difference for customers?
At Screwfix, our website and app are a huge part of how we serve our customers, and our digital campaigns help them find what they need and get on with the job. We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our E-Commerce team.
You’ll take ownership of campaigns across our UK and Ireland websites and apps, working with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Design and Digital to turn our customer and commercial plans into engaging digital experiences. From the initial planning and creative briefing through to launch and performance optimisation, you’ll bring campaigns together from start to finish, making sure every detail is right and every activity delivers for our customers and our business.
It’s a fast-moving environment where priorities can change, so you’ll need to enjoy working collaboratively, juggling multiple projects and seeing the impact of the campaigns you deliver.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role to start from January 2027.

Responsibilities
Own the agreed digital campaign and content strategy across all UK & IE websites and apps, ensuring activity delivers against commercial, customer and brand objectives.
Lead the planning, prioritisation and optimisation of all digital campaign activity, balancing customer needs, business priorities and revenue opportunities.
Accountable for optimising the performance of digital campaign content and customer journeys, using insight, analytics and customer behaviour data to drive continuous improvements in engagement, conversion and revenue.
Define and govern the digital campaign roadmap, ensuring the effective execution of promotional, seasonal and reactive trading initiatives across all digital platforms.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial Planning, Digital Trading, Marketing, Design, UX, Merchandising, Rewards and Technology teams, building alignment and influencing decisions to maximise business performance.
Drive a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and data-led decision making, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Lead the prioritisation and briefing process into Design and Digital teams, ensuring activity is commercially aligned, clearly defined and delivered to a high standard.
Exercise independent judgement in managing competing priorities, responding effectively to changing trading conditions and business demands.
Accountable for digital content governance, quality assurance, accessibility and inclusive design standards, ensuring compliance across all customer-facing digital experiences.
Lead, coach and develop a Digital Campaign Planner, providing clear direction, performance support and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an E-Commerce role
- Experience in ContentSquare, Bloomreach or GA4 preferable
- Analytical and data driven with the ability to analyse & interpret data to make timely and considered decisions & actions
- High attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise a large number of tasks and work calmly under pressure.
- Flexible, enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to work to targets in a deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to brief and shape online creative for onsite promotions.
- Able to motivate and influence others
- People management skills
