Digital Campaigns Coordinator (Remote)

Try and Review is looking for a passionate, reliable, and highly organized individual to handle digital Try & Review campaigns execution in a highly qualitative manner to ensure clients’ satisfaction. We need a candidate who can work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end setup and execution of digital marketing campaigns on the Try & Review platform, including product pages, brand pages, recruitment surveys, and campaign displays.
• Recruit and select qualified testers through email, SMS, social media, and other digital recruitment channels based on campaign criteria.
• Deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and according to agreed project milestones while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Act as the primary point of contact for testers and reviewers, ensuring successful participation and the collection of high-quality reviews, photos, and videos.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams, as well as regional stakeholders, to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Support multi-channel digital campaigns, including influencer marketing, social media, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze campaign data, and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate campaign assets and ensure all materials are complete, accurate, and ready before campaign launch.
• Serve as a communication liaison between clients and internal teams regarding campaign progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work effectively with regional and international teams in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements:

• Business/Marketing Degree/Diploma holder
• High fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
• A good knowledge and understanding of online/digital business
• High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently and remotely
• Good planning skills, organized and process driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; mature and engaging personality
• Highly result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: curiosity, adventurous and ready to work in a growing team
• Very good command of Google tools (Gmail, Sheets and Slides)
