Digital Content Editor Trainee

Are you an art, language, or communication student with the precision to become a Digital Content Editor? Join us to edit, format, publish, and optimize content for websites, intranet platforms, and other digital channels while ensuring quality, consistency, and accessibility.

Internship Purpose

To develop professional expertise in digital content editing while supporting the delivery of accurate, accessible, and consistent content across digital communication channels. The role provides hands-on experience in content editing, formatting, publishing, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within the Digital Content team.

Key Tasks & Success Measures:

  • Create, edit, and update content for websites, intranet platforms, and digital communication channels across multiple projects, with success measured by quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Support publishing, formatting, and quality assurance while demonstrating progress in editing, publishing, and optimization skills.
  • Apply editorial, branding, and accessibility standards consistently to all deliverables.
  • Participate effectively in content reviews, planning activities, and digital projects, collaborating with content, design, and project teams and improving content through feedback and revisions.

  • Digital Content Editors and Work Lead
  • Visual Designers, UX/UI Designers, and Content Creators
  • Project teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Mandatory active student status in Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain content quality and consistency.
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing.
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one day per week in the GBS Gdańsk office.
  • Knowledge of other CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Basic SEO and web content optimization knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with digital communication channels is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and editing tools is a plus.

What we offer:

  • A contract of mandate with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross
  • Internship for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility to extend it to 6 or 9 months.
