The
Digital Demand Strategist is responsible for driving demand and funnel fill for a defined product portfolio through end‑to‑end inbound digital campaigns. This role owns the customer journey strategy from Awareness through Loyalty, aligning content, channels, and campaigns to business objectives across lead generation and eCommerce. Acting as the single digital marketing point of contact for the portfolio, this role partners closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Channel Owners (AEO/SEO, Paid Media, Website, Email, Social) to translate commercial priorities into integrated, high-impact inbound campaigns.

Global Digital Channels and Demand Generation Lead and is part of the
Digital Team and will be
fully remote.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or inbound marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys across multiple digital channels, including web, SEO/AEO, email, paid media, and social media.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate business goals into integrated marketing strategies, influence cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Excellent written and spoken English (required) with the ability to critically review marketing content, identify quality gaps, provide editorial feedback, and confidently recommend improvements to content creators, marketers, and stakeholders. This role operates in a global environment where English is the primary working language.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% of time in EU and U.S. for essential in-person internal events
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms and adjacent platforms. Preferred Sitecore, Marketo, Salesforce.com.
- Writing technical requirements for the front-end development of new visual components for the website
- Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Medical Devices or other complex B2B industries.
