Marketing Technology Lead

We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Lead to guide the marketing technology team and drive the implementation, integration, and day-to-day execution of our marketing technology stack, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud at its core. In this role, you’ll translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure seamless data flow into Salesforce CRM, and contribute to our Center of Excellence for marketing technology. What is waiting for you? Team leadership: Guide and develop the marketing technology team, creating a collaborative, solution-oriented way of working. Salesforce Marketing Cloud ownership: Drive the hands-on implementation, maintenance, and daily execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring strong integration with Salesforce CRM and other marketing systems. Project delivery: Turn business requirements and user stories into practical solutions, working closely with IT and stakeholders from concept through delivery. Platform and data integration: Ensure accurate data flow between platforms such as Pardot, GetFeedback, Cloudinary, Highspot, and Salesforce, including custom solutions, scripts, and API integrations where needed. Data governance and compliance: Support data hygiene, segmentation, and compliant use of customer data in line with privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA. Enablement and support: Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting support to internal teams, keeping key materials clear, current, and accessible. Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve tools, automations, integrations, and documentation to make the marketing technology setup more scalable and effective. What do you need to succeed in the role? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing technology or a related technical field, including experience leading or mentoring a technical team. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supported by strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM. Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Pardot, GetFeedback, Cloudinary, and Highspot. Ideally, certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot. Strong understanding of data integration, system implementation, and technical support for marketing platforms. Project management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from requirements to delivery. Strong business analysis and communication skills, with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical improvements and connect business and technical stakeholders. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and working knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA. Fluency in English.
