We are looking for recent college or university graduates with a background in
graphic design who is media savvy, committed to fighting misinformation, can
articulate well-formed opinions, complete meticulous technical tasks, and
thoughtfully engage with community stakeholders. You need to feel a personal
stake in the future of science, politics, philosophy, art, and/or pop culture.
What will you learn?
This role would help you learn in-depth details of the design language and how to
use it for effective storytelling. Ultimately, you will gain a broad experience of
using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Auditor and
Illustrator), dynamics of algorithms which govern social media websites, ethical
content making and a thorough understanding of backend analytical tools which
measure the impact of a social media which will prepare you to enter any fast-
paced work environment e.g. media and creative industry onwards.
What we expect you to do:
Take complete ownership of the projects under their assigned supervisor. Liaise
with all the stakeholders involved and suggest optimal solutions to problems.
Design media content as per the requirements of the projects. Create user-
friendly, accessible cross-browser/device and engaging content for social media
websites. Research, screen, and optimise the content for digital media.
Requirements
Essential Skills
You should be well-versed in the basic digital design skills and
ideally have familiarity in working with platforms like Canva,
Hootsuite and Google Drive in spreadsheets and documents.
You must be detail-oriented and perceptive when completing
tasks, and you must be able to work independently and
efficiently. You will need your own computer and WiFi
connection, given that most work will be done remotely from
home.
Experience and Qualifications:
Ideally, you must have completed a relevant course or degree in
digital design and worked in the relevant field for 12 months but
we are happy to train you on the job if you lack experience or
qualifications.

We will provide access to Adobe Suite and the creative adobe community. The
training shall cover the basics of design, using the editing and designing tools
like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign etc.
Digital Marketing Skills:
Through Google’s Digital Garage you will have step-by-step training regarding
how to solve real-world problems. At the end of successful training, you can get
certifications which can be added to their resume/CV.
Support with CV and LinkedIn building:
We will run CV and LinkedIn workshops to strengthen your position for future
employment opportunities.
Transferable Skills (Soft Skills):
Being a team player and learning how to get work done in a group is one of the
professional skills which will set them apart from the crowd. We will run several
problem solving, decision-making group activities and games to facilitate team
building habits. Using our exclusive membership of TED Community, we will
provide bespoke leadership sessions in the form of videos and live webinar
sessions. These will be delivered by the top experts and leaders who have set
a global example.
