Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Digital Distribution Project Specialist to manage the onboarding and implementation of new distribution partners from kickoff through launch.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of multiple partner implementations at once, keeping projects organized, identifying issues early, coordinating across teams, and making sure everyone has what they need to move forward. You’ll work closely with both external partners and internal teams including Digital Distribution, Underwriting, Technology, and Operations.
This is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable managing competing priorities, and confident taking ownership of projects without needing constant direction.
What You’ll Do
- Manage partner onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through production launch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners throughout the implementation process.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, requirements, risks, decisions, and action items.
- Lead project meetings and keep internal teams and external partners aligned on next steps.
- Coordinate across Digital Distribution, Underwriting, Technology, Operations, and partner teams.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and determine the best path forward.
- Coordinate implementation readiness, including requirements, testing, defect resolution, approvals, handoffs, and go-live planning.
- Maintain partner documentation covering technical capabilities, business requirements, integration details, and ongoing support needs.
- Provide clear project updates to leadership, including progress, risks, open decisions, and recommended next steps.
- Look for opportunities to improve the partner onboarding process and make future implementations more consistent and efficient.
