The Company

Our client is an established payments and financial technology organization that connects consumers, businesses, and financial institutions. Through an embedded delivery model, their implementation specialists work directly alongside client teams to turn digital transformation strategies into scalable, high-impact experiences.

The Role

In this hands-on, execution-driven role, you will help bridge strategy and delivery by translating digital engagement roadmap into personalized, real-time in-app experiences and customer nudges. Working directly within modern journey orchestration and studio tools, you will define audience rules, manage QA and release readiness, and drive continuous experimentation to optimize customer engagement and uplift internal operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Journey Configuration & Personalisation: Translating agreed use cases into audience definitions, eligibility criteria, behavioural triggers, business rules, copy, and treatments to deliver targeted in-app experiences and nudges.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Planning and executing journey validation, campaign QA, and business acceptance/UAT prior to release to ensure flawless execution.
  • Release & Go-Live Coordination: Managing approvals, release readiness, and launch activities.
  • Experimentation & Optimisation: Setting up A/B tests, monitoring customer engagement and behavioural metrics, and converting insights into actionable journey enhancements.
  • Pipeline & Asset Management: Maintaining a visible backlog of enhancements, experiments, and modular, reusable journey components.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Partnering with Technology teams for API, data feed, and widget requirements, while aligning with CRM and Marketing teams to ensure consistent omnichannel communication.
  • Capability Uplift: Documenting configuration standards and sharing platform best practices to build sustainable operational excellence within the client's internal team.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital engagement, or campaign technology, ideally gained within banking, payments, or financial services.
  • Core Skills: Demonstrated experience configuring lifecycle campaigns, automated customer journeys, and personalized experiences directly within SaaS journey-orchestration platforms.
  • Audience Logic & Journey Design: Strong customer journey and UX mindset, with demonstrated proficiency in building audience rules, behavioural triggers, eligibility criteria, and tailored treatments.
  • QA & Release Governance: Practical experience coordinating campaign QA, UAT, risk/compliance sign-offs, and production go-live workflows.
  • Experimentation: An iterative, data-led mindset with hands-on experience executing A/B tests and interpreting customer behavioural metrics into practical optimisation steps.
  • Platform Exposure: Practical familiarity with enterprise orchestration platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Moneythor.
