Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento Technology& Operations come Backend Developer, nell'area Betting.

La risorsa si occuperà dello sviluppo e della manutenzione dei servizi backend a supporto della configurazione, pubblicazione, aggiornamento e distribuzione dell'offerta betting verso i canali digitali e retail, contribuendo all'affidabilità, alle performance e all'evoluzione delle soluzioni tecnologiche.

Responsabilità principali

• Sviluppare e mantenere servizi backend in C# con .NET 6+ e componenti legacy basati su .NET Framework 4.5+.
• Progettare e integrare API e microservizi, garantendo affidabilità, performance, osservabilità e una corretta gestione degli errori.
• Gestire la persistenza e l'accesso ai dati tramite SQL Server, MongoDB e Redis, ottimizzando query, caching e processi di aggiornamento.
• Realizzare integrazioni asincrone e flussi event-driven attraverso RabbitMQ e MassTransit.
• Sviluppare servizi per la gestione dell'offerta betting, delle configurazioni di prodotto e della distribuzione dei dati verso i canali di vendita.
• Garantire la coerenza delle informazioni e l'efficienza dei tempi di risposta attraverso l'ottimizzazione degli accessi ai dati e della propagazione degli aggiornamenti.
• Collaborare alla gestione del codice sorgente tramite Git e GitLab, contribuendo alle pipeline CI/CD, ai test automatizzati, alle code review e alla documentazione tecnica.
• Utilizzare strumenti di intelligenza artificiale a supporto delle attività di sviluppo, testing, analisi e refactoring, verificando criticamente qualità, sicurezza e correttezza degli output.

Requisiti

• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo con C# e .NET Core/.NET 6 o versioni successive.
• Conoscenza di .NET Framework 4.5+ e ottima padronanza di SQL Server.
• Buona conoscenza di MongoDB, Redis e Dapper.
• Familiarità con RabbitMQ, MassTransit e architetture a microservizi.
• Esperienza nell'utilizzo di Git e GitLab, workflow di branching strutturati, preferibilmente Gitflow, e pipeline CI/CD.
• Utilizzo di Visual Studio, strumenti di testing automatizzato e gestione di pacchetti NuGet.
• Capacità di sviluppare codice pulito, manutenibile, documentato e testabile.
• Conoscenza operativa degli strumenti di AI applicati al ciclo di sviluppo, con capacità di verificarne e revisionarne criticamente gli output.

We are looking for a profile to join the Operations & Technology Department as a Backend Developer, within the Betting area.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain backend services supporting the configuration, publication, updating and distribution of betting products across digital and retail channels, contributing to the reliability, performance and continuous evolution of our technological solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in C# using .NET 6+ and legacy components based on .NET Framework 4.5+.
• Design and integrate APIs and microservices, ensuring reliability, performance, observability and effective error handling.
• Manage data persistence and access through SQL Server, MongoDB and Redis, optimising queries, caching and update processes.
• Implement asynchronous integrations and event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ and MassTransit.
• Develop services for managing betting products, product configurations and data distribution to sales channels.
• Optimise data access and update propagation to ensure data consistency and efficient response times.
• Work with Git and GitLab, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews and technical documentation.
• Use AI tools to support development, testing, analysis and refactoring, critically assessing the quality, security and correctness of their outputs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in C# development with .NET Core/.NET 6 or later.
• Knowledge of .NET Framework 4.5+ and strong proficiency in SQL Server.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB, Redis and Dapper.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, MassTransit and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, structured branching workflows, preferably Gitflow, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Visual Studio, automated testing tools and NuGet package creation and consumption.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, documented and testable code.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools applied to the software development lifecycle, with the ability to critically review their outputs.
