POSITION SUMMARY
Museum of the Bible is seeking a highly experienced Digital Fundraising Specialist to lead the strategy implementation, execution, optimization, and quality assurance of Development-led digital communications, with primary responsibility for email engagement and coordination across complementary channels, including SMS. This role is responsible for helping shape how constituent groups digitally experience Museum of the Bible over time. The Digital Fundraising Specialist will combine advanced Mailchimp expertise, nonprofit fundraising experience, sophisticated audience segmentation, CRM fluency, and analytical judgment to develop relevant and personalized constituent experiences for donors of all sizes, members, and patrons. This person will serve as a key partner in connecting various levels of engagement opportunities into a thoughtful constituent journey. Rather than treating each communication as a standalone deployment, the Specialist will consider where a constituent is in their relationship with Museum of the Bible, what they have already experienced, how they have responded, and what the most appropriate next engagement should be. The Specialist will work closely with the Senior Director, Growth & Engagement, Development Project Manager, Marketing counterparts, and other internal stakeholders to translate Development priorities into effective digital engagement strategies across all Museum of the Bible channels.
