Digital Influencer & Brand Representative

Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role We are looking for a Digital Influencer & Brand Representative who will be the face and voice of our brand across digital platforms. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and marketing — you’ll represent the brand through engaging content, videos, and collaborations, while maintaining a consistent and aspirational public image. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, has a strong on-camera presence, understands brand positioning, and knows how to connect authentically with online audiences. You’ll help shape how the world perceives our brand — through content, personality, and influence. Key Responsibilities Brand Representation Serve as the official public face of the brand across social media platforms, campaigns, and events. Communicate the brand’s mission, values, and offerings with authenticity and confidence. Participate in photo and video shoots, interviews, and live events representing the company. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and identity. Attend product launches, trade shows, and public events — both in India and abroad. Influencer & Content Creation Create engaging and original content (videos, reels, posts, stories, vlogs) for various digital platforms. Develop creative concepts for campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and design teams. Stay ahead of trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content. Collaborate with other influencers, creators, and partners to expand the brand’s reach. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and interact with followers to foster community engagement. Digital Marketing & Growth Support digital marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. Use data-driven strategies to grow and strengthen brand visibility across digital channels. Travel & On-Site Representation Travel frequently to various locations across India and internationally for shoots, events, and collaborations. Be available for both planned and spontaneous shoots as per the campaign calendar. Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically during all offsite events and media appearances. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field . 2–5 years of experience as an influencer, brand ambassador, or content creator . Strong on-camera personality with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to engage and grow audiences on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Creative mindset with knowledge of digital trends, social media algorithms, and storytelling techniques. Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other content creation platforms . Willingness and flexibility to travel across India and internationally for shoots and brand events. Time management and professionalism when balancing shoot days, content creation, and brand activities. Benefits Work Schedule Standard working hours: 8 hours per day when not on shoot or traveling. Flexibility required during campaign periods, events, or shoots that may extend beyond regular hours. Travel for brand shoots and collaborations is mandatory and forms an essential part of the role.
