DataLab USA built its business on direct mail, powered by a deep portfolio of data assets. We continue to scale digital product suite with significant traction. The Digital Lead is the horizontal bridge between Client Services and Product, identifying digital opportunities within our client base, helping Client Executives win them, and shaping solutions that fit both client needs and the market. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities: Work across the client portfolio to uncover digital use cases (audience activation, CTV, social, programmatic, cross-channel measurement) and build a prioritized pipeline with each Client Executive.
- Sales support: Partner with client executives on pitches, presentations, and RFPs. Serve as the digital subject-matter expert in client meetings.
- Design solutions: Translate client requirements into practical digital solutions. Feed market and client insights back to Product to inform roadmap.
- Manage partnerships: Coordinate and develop relationships with activation and identity partners and agencies (e.g., Stirista, Neustar/TransUnion, LiveRamp).
- Represent DataLab USA: Attend industry conferences and events to track trends, build relationships, and generate leads.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in digital marketing, ad tech, data/audience products, or marketing services, with at least 3 years in a client-facing, solutions, or sales-support role

- Experience with data-driven marketing; direct mail or multichannel experience is a plus

- Measurable growth in digital revenue and in clients buying digital alongside mail
- Active, productive partnerships with core agency and identity partners
- At least 2–3 product enhancements or new packages informed by client demand
