Managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, such as search engines, social media, display media, and email marketing, tailored to the unique needs of each sector. Collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling and persuasive content for websites, social media, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with the specific tone and requirements of each industry within the group. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across all platforms to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for enhancements. Keeping abreast of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our group remains competitive and innovative in its approach. Utilizing advanced web analytics tools to monitor traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, delivering detailed reports and insights to management. Managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to strengthen our digital marketing initiatives and maximize return on investment. Working closely with teams across the group to optimize online distribution channels and promotional activities, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach. Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy laws across all marketing activities, maintaining the highest standards of data security. Coordinating with regional and head offices to ensure successful rollout and consistency of campaigns and platform enhancements across the group. Requirements Candidate Profile: If you are passionate about leveraging digital marketing to drive business success across multiple industries, we would love to hear from you. Holds a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Possesses proven digital marketing experience, with a preference for experience in recruitment services, professional services, and software development industries. Demonstrates deep knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and content marketing. Skilled in using web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, for detailed performance tracking and analysis. Experienced in managing digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, among others. Proficient in managing paid search and social campaigns, with a strong focus on achieving targeted outcomes and ROI. Exhibits excellent analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex data to make informed marketing decisions. Creative thinker, able to devise impactful content and digital marketing strategies. Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners. Stays current with the latest in digital marketing innovations and best practices. Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving business environments, with a keen focus on agility and flexibility in strategy planning. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
