GLOW Health is an integrative health and wellness clinic in Lagos, offering personalized, evidence-informed wellness services and an exceptional client experience.

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to take ownership of our marketing, digital presence and day-to-day brand communication. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute. Marketing here is not simply posting on social media. You should be able to develop ideas, write and create compelling content, run campaigns, and turn marketing activity into awareness, engagement and new and returning clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.

• Strong command of digital marketing, social media, content creation and visual design.

• Comfortable both behind the strategy and behind the camera, with strong working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.

• Able to build a compelling visual story for a healthcare and wellness brand without relying on client-facing footage.

• Creative, proactive, organized and results-driven, with the confidence to own projects end to end.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with clinical staff, external partners and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GLOW's overall digital marketing and content strategy.

• Manage our social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling and community engagement.

• Write clear, polished copy across captions, campaigns, newsletters, website content and client communications, and edit and proofread all published material to a high standard.

• Create and edit photo, video and short-form content for a health and wellness brand, while maintaining client confidentiality and consent standards at all times.

• Design high-quality everyday graphics for social media, promotions, campaigns and marketing materials.

• Plan and execute campaigns for services, promotions, launches and events.

• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, marketing and client acquisition.

• Maintain a consistent brand identity, visual standard and tone of voice across all platforms.

• Support paid digital advertising and campaign optimization.

• Track performance, engagement, leads and conversions, and use those insights to improve strategy.

• Work with external designers and creative partners on more specialized projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with wellness, healthcare, beauty, hospitality, luxury or lifestyle brands.

• Experience with email marketing platforms and Meta Ads Manager.

• Basic photography or videography equipment and the skills to use it.

• Familiarity with project management or content planning tools.

A strong portfolio and demonstrated results matter more than any single item above. The role includes a three-month probationary period with defined performance objectives.
