Role Description The Content Marketer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and distributing educational and promotional content that communicates NaxaWellness’s mission and services across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing and editing blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content, and optimizing materials for search and engagement. The Content Marketer will collaborate with clinical and research teams to translate complex health and herbal medicine topics into clear, accessible messaging for patients and the wider public. Additional responsibilities include tracking content performance, refining strategies based on analytics, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring brand voice consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills for digital channels, including blogs, email, social media, and website content.

Strong understanding of social media content strategy and how content differs across platforms.

• Experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and developing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and basic analytics.
• Ability to conduct structured research and translate scientific or clinical information into clear, patient-friendly content.
• Familiarity or interest in naturopathic medicine, herbal remedies, wellness, or healthcare communication is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with content management systems, marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social schedulers), and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

3+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, preferably in wellness, healthcare, beauty, lifestyle, consumer products, or a related industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Lekki with independent remote work.
• Must have close proximity to location or willing to make the commute.
