Social Media / Customer Service Manager

About This Role

Bonzee Consulting—recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Health & Wellness client—is seeking a Social Media / Customer Service Manager for a hybrid-remote position based in Lagos State. This hybrid digital role manages the company’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and WhatsApp Business account. The manager handles customer inquiries, content creation, order processing, and customer retention strategies across the brand's health and wellness product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management & Content Creation: Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; shoot short-form videos and photos during brand sessions; monitor health/supplement trends to boost engagement.
• WhatsApp & Customer Support: Manage WhatsApp Business communications, respond to product inquiries, resolve complaints, and build repeat-customer relationships.
• Order Processing & Sales Retention: Receive and track orders from digital channels, coordinate dispatch logistics, follow up on abandoned orders/pending payments, and cross-sell related wellness products.
• Analytics & Reporting: Log daily inquiries, track engagement patterns, and submit regular feedback summaries to management regarding customer issues and content performance.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Credentials: Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Experience Baseline: 3+ years of experience running social media platforms, managing WhatsApp Business operations, and creating basic video/photo assets.
• Core Competencies: Social media publishing, mobile video editing, customer service resolution, order management, and copy/caption writing.
