Is this job info correct?

About D3 D3 is building the world's first purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, bringing domain tokenization and DeFi primitives to a $360B+ real-world asset class. We are changing how existing and future domain names are owned, traded, and financed. Our team is stacked with operators who spent the last three decades shaping the internet, from pioneering domain monetization to architecting core internet protocols to launching and running major TLDs like .xyz, .inc, .tv, and .link. We closed a $25M Series A led by Paradigm, one of the best investors in the industry. The round funds our mission to bring domains fully on-chain and open new financial rails for one of the internet's most valuable asset classes. We are globally distributed with team members across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for driven builders to help us grow a trillion-dollar DomainFi economy. Join us. Job Overview We are hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to support execution across every surface where Doma and D3 show up: social, digital events, content, campaigns, and reporting. This is a generalist role on a small, fast-moving team. In one week you might edit a YouTube clip, run production for an X Space, pull campaign numbers into a weekly report, write a thread, and build a Luma page. This is a first or second job in marketing, and it moves at startup speed. If you want a repeatable checklist, this is not the role. If you want reps across the full marketing stack at an early-stage crypto infrastructure company, keep reading. Key Responsibilities Social Marketing Support daily publishing across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube: drafting, scheduling, formatting, and posting Own community listening and engagement queues, surfacing replies and mentions worth a response Test and build new channels (TikTok, Farcaster, Telegram, short-form video) and report back on what works Maintain the content calendar and keep contributors on deadline Produce social graphics, event flyers, and slide edits from existing brand templates in Figma or Canva, Manage the asset library and keep versions organized Brief and coordinate with our visual designer and outside contractors Build weekly and monthly performance reports across social, web, email, and campaign channels Track UTMs, tag links, and keep attribution clean Keep track of reporting. Turn numbers into a point of view. Tell us what to do more of and what to kill Digital Events Run production for X Spaces, webinars, AMAs, and podcast recordings: run-of-show, speaker prep, reminders, recording, and follow-up Build event pages, registration flows, and reminder sequences Cut recordings into clips, quote cards, and recap posts within 48 hours of the event Content Creation Draft social copy, newsletter sections, event recaps, and blog support material Repurpose long-form assets (reports, podcasts, panels) into channel-native formats Keep our voice consistent for two audiences at once: domain industry veterans and crypto-native traders Launch Campaign Support Support go-to-market for protocol upgrades, partner announcements, and token launches Build and maintain campaign trackers, asset checklists, and launch-day run-of-show Coordinate KOL toolkits, partner co-marketing assets, and community distribution Qualifications 1-to-3 years of relevant marketing experience. Agency, startup, or in-house all count Project management instincts: you track your own deadlines, you chase down blockers, and nothing falls through the cracks Comfort with incomplete information. You make a call, flag the assumption, and keep moving Strong sense of ownership. You treat a task as yours from brief to published, including the unglamorous parts Ability to context-switch across five projects in a day without losing the thread Clear, fast writing. Short sentences, no AI slop filler Working fluency with the modern marketing stack: social schedulers, analytics dashboards, Figma or Canva, Notion or similar Comfortable working async across time zones with a distributed team Nice to Haves Web3 or crypto background. Ideal, not required. Curiosity and a fast learning curve matter more Domain industry exposure, or a genuine interest in how the internet's naming layer works Video editing chops and a feel for short-form pacing Experience running live audio or webinar production Basic HTML, CSS, or no-code site building (Claude Code, Webflow, Framer) Data comfort: spreadsheets, dashboards, light SQL Meme literacy. You know the difference between funny and cringe, and you know which accounts set the tone Why D3, Why Now? Ground-Floor Growth, Learning, and Impact : D3 is your chance to dive headfirst into an ultra-early-stage company where every move you make truly matters. You’ll have the opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and shape the foundation of something groundbreaking. Almost everything we’re building today at D3 is “zero-to-one,” meaning you’ll be among the first to craft, refine, and launch key initiatives that define our future success. Strong, Proven Leadership : At D3, you’ll work alongside industry visionaries who have been there, done that, and are ready to do it again—only bigger. Our leadership team brings veteran industry experience, sharp insights, and a relentless drive to do big things across every function at D3. You’ll gain invaluable mentorship, develop a high-impact mindset, and be challenged to grow in ways you never imagined. Unique Market Positioning – We’re pioneering at the intersection of internet infrastructure, real-world assets, and blockchain communities, creating solutions that redefine what’s possible in Web3. If you want to push boundaries, solve complex problems, and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of the Internet, D3 is the place to do it.
